Hi Paul and John

A certain disaster was averted last week – due to the speedy and effective intercession of Kevin Greyling

I’d ordered two parts – a Pitman Arm and a Drag Link – I paid for the parts and was assured that they would be sent overnight so the repairs to my car

could be started and completed the next day the following day a drag link arrived – in bad condition, I must say – I was called to look at the part

And no Pitman Arm was sent.Kevin threw himself at the problem  ( Roy Alves was very helpful and said that if anyone could sort the problem out it would be Kevin)

Boy, was Roy right! Kevin moved heaven and earth to help in whatever way he could – when he said he’d call back in 5 minutes – he called back in 5 minutes!
