Sparesboyz isn’t just about selling New and Used Auto parts, we have been a driving force in empowering entrepreneurs and communities for more than three decades.
At the heart of our mission is the motto “Abantu Abasiza Abantu” – meaning “People helping people” This philosophy reflects our unwavering commitment to community support and empowerment. For us it’s a way of life, the lifeblood of Sparesboyz, deeply embedded in our culture and actions and is what sets Sparesboyz apart in the auto industry. We are not just about reaching the top of the mountain; it’s about carrying and lifting others along the way.
We were thrilled when we were recently approached by Samungu Ikhayalethu, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the Samungu community. We are honoured to play our part in an incredible event taking place tomorrow, 23rd August, at Ndluyesilo High School Sports Ground—the CAREER EXPO EVENT, hosted by Samungu Ikhayalethu. In collaboration with the Department of Mineral Resources & Energy and the Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and Environment, this event aims to introduce learners from rural communities to the vast opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) post-matric.
Four high schools will participate, providing these young learners with invaluable insights and inspiring them to pursue careers in these critical fields. This event has the power to shape the future of these young minds.
Sparesboyz is immensely proud to be associated with this pivotal initiative. Empowering the youth of today is vital for building a brighter future, as they are the leaders, innovators, and change-makers of tomorrow.
By equipping them with the tools, opportunities, and support they need, we foster a generation that is confident, capable, and ready to tackle the challenges of the world. Empowering young people not only helps them realize their potential but also contributes to the overall growth and progress of society, ensuring that the future is shaped by those who are well-prepared to lead.
We hope the event is a huge success and that every youth participating is empowered, inspired, and encouraged to dream big and believe in themselves. Yes, you can do it!
